Stay conditions and guest guidelines



Our establishment operates with specific minimum-stay requirements that vary by season, along with clear policies designed to maintain comfort and safety for all guests. The complex also offers a range of included and optional services to enhance your stay. Please review the guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during your visit.

Off-season



NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY AND FEBRUARY

Minimum stay 2 nights
NOTE: DOES NOT INCLUDE LONG WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS such as New Year's Eve, Christmas, etc. 

Mid-season



MARCH, APRIL, MAY AND OCTOBER.

Bridges: depending on the bridge, there is a minimum stay of 2 to 4 nights.

**For weekend days (and less than 5 nights) the price above in the section: «Weekend and Holiday» applies (note: the price is per night) and can only be booked in low and mid season.

Cleaning Cost



An additional cleaning fee is charged for each booking. For apartments 1, 2, 4, and 5, the additional cleaning fee is €50, and for Apartment 3, it is €40.

It is not optional.

NOTE: Additional cleaning can be requested upon request with one day's notice at a cost of €25 per cleaning. 

Included in the accommodation price



• Wifi
• Facilities in common areas such as a swimming pool (under your responsibility) and a picnic area with barbecue are available.
• Sheets and towels for the hired people.
• One parking space for apartments 1, 2, 4 and 5. (Note: Apartment 3 has to park outside on the street).

Extras not included in the accommodation price



• For stays longer than 10 nights, we require a basic cleaning service, which includes changing sheets and towels for guests. The cleaning fee varies based on the time spent by the cleaner (cost of €25).
• Additional person using the sofa bed pays an extra €25 per day per person.
• At the request of our most discerning clients, we offer cleaning and laundry services. Please inquire at reception for pricing information. 



• We provide our guests with a basic kit of essentials for the start of their stay, such as toilet paper, cleaning products, and personal hygiene items, but we DO NOT REPLENISH these products once they are RUINED.
• The city bikes are for rent. €9 for one day and €7 per day for more days.
• There are horseback riding tours that can be booked from our complex; the price varies based on the number of people and the type of tour.
• At our clients' request, we can organize and prepare the house or room with a surprise for the couple, such as flowers, bottles of champagne, etc. 

Establishment Rules



– PARTIES AND PRIVATE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED

– RESPECT REST HOURS, SIESTA AND NO NOISE FROM 00:00 HRS.

– SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENTS, BUT IT IS ALLOWED IN THE COMMON AREAS.

– COMMON AREAS (POOL ETC.) ARE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF GUESTS.

– PETS ALLOWED ONLY IN APARTMENT 2 SUITE (which has a private garden) WITH AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING COST OF 30 EUROS.

– Pets are not allowed to roam freely in common areas. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

– NO MORE PEOPLE THAN THOSE BOOKED ARE ALLOWED IN THE ACCOMMODATION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

– LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATION AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO FIND IT.

– DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE BAGS AT THE ACCOMMODATION; there are garbage bins in the main lane.

– IT IS FORBIDDEN TO FLUSH TOILET PAPER, WIPES AND OTHER MATERIALS IN THE TOILET, THERE IS A TRASH CAN IN THE BATHROOMS.

– NON-POTABLE WATER

Important note



We would like to inform all our guests that, due to current urban planning regulations, El Palmar does not have a public sewage system. All of El Palmar, including our accommodations (Apartamentos La Boutique del Mara), uses a holding pond for wastewater and a well for clean water. This means that flushing anything down the toilet, including toilet paper, is prohibited. Each bathroom has a wastebasket for this purpose, and the tap water is not potable.

Cancellation policy



– During peak and extra season (July and August), if the traveler cancels 20 days before the arrival date, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. If they cancel less than 20 days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded.

– For all other seasons, if the traveler cancels 7 days before the arrival date, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. If they cancel less than 7 days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded.

– In case of CANCELLATIONS DUE TO RESTRICTIONS (lockdown, isolation) BY THE GOVERNMENT AND/OR BY THE AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITIES due to the current Covid19 pandemic situation, we will refund the money advanced by the traveler.
